Litigation: Corbin made a rare appearance in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, filing an amicus brief that opposes the Commonwealth’s “addiction” (scare quotes very much intended) lawsuit against Meta’s social-media design features. The brief argues the suit is barred by Section 230.
AI: Berin, Jim and Andy filed comments to the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) seeking to clarify the FCC and FTC’s roles in regulating AI while advocating for a federal regulatory sandbox for the technology.
