Free Speech: We filed two reply comments on the FCC’s request regarding Disney’s ABC’s petition to classify The View as conducting bona fide news interviews. The first, joined by more than 50 scholars and free speech groups, argues that the FCC Media Bureau’s reinterpretation of Section 315(a) is unconstitutional.
TechFreedom’s own reply comments explain why some commenters’ interpretation of Section 315(a) violates both decades of Commission precedent and the First Amendment, chilling political speech.
